About Honescare

Honescare is an international B2C store focused on home and tableware products for customers in the United States.

Who We Are

Honescare is operated by Wuhan Chunzhuan Non-Commercial Trade Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in 2026 and based in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. The English company name used on this website corresponds to the registered entity name on our business license. All sales made through this store are made directly with Wuhan Chunzhuan Non-Commercial Trade Co., Ltd., and that company is the contracting party responsible for your order.

We are a small, hands-on team. Our founding team came together around a simple observation: everyday tableware is one of the few categories where design and daily durability matter equally, yet the market often forces customers to choose between the two. We started Honescare to close that gap for U.S. households.

What We Actually Sell

We focus on home and tableware rather than a broad general-merchandise catalog. Our current range centers on:

  • Shaped ceramic plates and dishes, including novelty and decorative forms

  • Diatomite (diatomaceous earth) coasters and related moisture-absorbing tabletop accessories

  • Everyday tableware and home dining accessories that complement the above

We deliberately keep the catalog narrow so that we can control quality at the source instead of spreading ourselves across unrelated categories.

Our Mission

We want buying tableware online to feel less like a gamble. Ceramics are fragile, shapes and glazes read differently on a screen than in your hand, and a chipped plate on arrival ruins the whole experience. So we built our process around three practical commitments rather than slogans:

  • We inspect before we pack. Every item is checked by hand before it is packed and shipped, with particular attention to ceramic edges, glaze defects, and coaster finish.

  • We buy directly and keep the catalog honest. We source directly from manufacturers and hold inventory in our own warehouse, with no agent layer in the procurement chain. What we save there goes into the price you see, not into a middleman.

  • We keep your data on a short leash. We limit who inside the company can access customer information, and we collect only what is needed to process and deliver your order.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, our returns process is designed to be straightforward — see our Returns Policy for the return window, process, and the warehouse address below.

Best Price and Quality Products

One of the reasons we opened this online store is to offer quality tableware at a lower price than conventional sellers. Because we hold our own inventory and source without agents, we can remove unnecessary cost from the chain and pass that benefit on to customers instead of absorbing it as margin.

Payment Security and Privacy (PayPal and SSL)

Your transaction on Honescare is protected by SSL encryption. Card and payment information is transmitted over SSL to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We use PayPal as our payment gateway. We do not sell customer data, and we share information only with the service providers needed to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and operate the store, as described in our Privacy Policy. Data we collect is used for processing and delivering orders and for the related purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
